Don't focus on removing negative thoughts, it will come back even stronger! Focus on engaging in positive activities, productive activities, challenging and satisfying activities and leave the negative thoughts alone, they will go away! no need to bother about them. Very useful technique! try it out.. Go out and take a brisk walk everyday, mingle with friends, give more time to hobbies, restart old given up hobbies, eat and sleep regularly, relive the good old days, enjoy life! you become what you think you are!
