Few months back I suffered from fissure and it got cured but the inflammation has converted into fistula tract which I feel by touching the tract and a surgeon also confirmed the same. But I was delaying the surgery as there is no pain or pus in the tract. Sometimes a pimple or bubble appear at the end of the tract and it will open out and close by itself. I am taking ayurvedic medicines (triphala guggulu) and parallel homeopathic also for last 4 months. But the tract has not removed yet by medicine.
