I understand you're experiencing burning lips after using parodontax toothpaste and despite taking b vitamins. While I can offer some general advice, it's important to emphasize that I am not a medical professional and cannot diagnose or provide specific treatment recommendations. Given your situation, here are some suggestions: seek professional help: consult your dentist: tell them about the burning lips and any other discomfort you're experiencing. They can assess the situation and recommend appropriate treatment, which may include: identifying the cause of the burning (allergic reaction, sensitive skin, other factors) prescribing medication if necessary recommending alternative toothpaste options self-care tips: stop using parodontax toothpaste: if it's causing burning, discontinue its use immediately. Opt for a gentle, non-abrasive toothpaste until your lips heal. Moisturize your lips: apply a hydrating lip balm to soothe and protect your lips. Choose one without fragrances or irritating ingredients. Avoid irritants: stay away from spicy foods, acidic drinks, and hot beverages, as they can further irritate your lips. Practice gentle oral hygiene: brush your teeth twice daily with a soft-bristled brush and gentle toothpaste. Avoid harsh flossing that might rub against your lips. Additional information: b vitamins may help in some cases of mouth ulcers or burning, but their effectiveness in your specific situation is difficult to determine without proper diagnosis. Taking medications without a doctor's recommendation can be risky. Always consult a healthcare professional before taking any medications or supplements. Remember: prioritize seeking professional dental advice for appropriate diagnosis and treatment. Focus on self-care practices to alleviate the burning sensation and promote healing. Avoid potential irritants and listen to your body's signals. I hope this information is helpful. Please prioritize your health by consulting your dentist and following their recommendations.
