You know, you have associated smoking with ease in defecating and relaxation. The truth is that nicotine craving builds up stress, which is then relieved by smoking. It does not have any role in relaxation. You can substitute this association with preferably normal chewing gum or if not helping, a nicotine chewing gum. Remember, you just have to give a conditioning association of any kind to your subconscious.
