I have disc buldge problem. How I can get rid of this? I have pain too which unable me to stand properly although when I walk it is quite comfortable.

If the disc bulge is acute you need to take rest along with medications. And if it's chronic more than 6 weeks you need to go for some extension exercise to build up back muscles along with hot fermentation with precautions of avoiding sudden jerks to the spine along with forward bending.
