I have gained my weight upto 20 kg due to pregnancy. Now my child is 10 months old. I want to reduce my weight so what diet should I follow. And any other things I should do.

To loose weight, you have to burn the fat by doing exercise /walking /treadmill /yoga /swimming etc whichever is possible for you. Along with this you have to follow low calorie diet upto 800-1000cal. Avoid completely oily foods, bakery items, cheese, ghee, junk food go for salads, green leafy vegetables, sprouts, skimmed milk, soup & fruits.
