Hello I undestood your concern. Regarding your infertility problems. Nothing to worry in this era. Regarding fibroid size its very small size. But I have to know that where its actually located. If its inside uteruine cavity and disturbing cavity than you should ideally go for. Procedure known as hysteroscopy and remove that. If its outside uterine cavity than nothing to worry, you can send your report so I can know properly. @ not having child issue. Please do following tets for you -semen analysis for wife- s lh, s fsh, s tsh, s estradiol, s amh. Pelvic usg if everything comes normal than please for iui/ivf technique.
