I am having lower back pain and left leg pain after lifting heavy object from one month. I was on zerodol mr, neruroborn nd taken 2 injection of tricort as per orthopaedic, today I got mri done. Mri report are as follows -straightening of lumbar spine noted -no disc bulge or herniation -visualized vertebrae are normal in height, alignment, Mr. Morphology, outline and signal intensity. -ligamentum flavum is normal in thickness. -facet joints are normally visualized -conus medullaris is normal in position and signal intensity pattern. -visualized soft tissues are normal in signal intensity. -bilateral sacroiliac joints shows normal hyperintense signal, suggestive of maintained joints spaces. -spinal canal diameter as follows: l1/2-12. 5 mm, l2/3-12. 3 mm, l3/4-9.9 mm, l4/5-9.4 mm and l5/s1-6.1 mm doctor told there is straightening of lumber spine likely due to mussels spasm and disc prolapse at l5/s1. After having 30 days physiotherapy, back pain got reduced but leg pain is still same. I do feel pain in buttock also. Is it getting worse? Please suggest me. How much time it's take to fully recovered.
