Hello doctor. I have scalp acne that when it comes out as pustule then pus filled then a crust cover over it which remains for months and burning and itching sensation feeling. I have used ketoconazole and anti biotic for long term prescribed by dermatologist but found no relief please suggest me which type of treatment I go for please please please.
