I am 20 years female having panic attacks since 3 years which is sever in type lasting more than half an hr 3 to 4 times a month my psychiatrist gave me medicines etilaam pro but I did not will to talk later on I don't wanna receive talk sessions can I take etilaam pro in case of sever uncontrollable panic attack?

If you have panic attack since 3 years then you need to get proper treatment. It will be better if you visit in person or through online with a psychiatrist and start the proper medicines for panic attack. There are medications from which you will feel better and will be relieved from such further attacks. So do not worry about it.

Etilaam pro contains etizolam and propranolol, which act on the symptoms of anxiety (mild) and do not modify the cause of panic attacks, which is serotnergic imbalance in the mind (brain). So ideal treatment based on the frequency of panic attacks would be a course of ssris if they are very frequent. If they occur once in 3-6 month or so, clonazepam is ideal choice. Good luck.
