I am 26 years old and my weight is 53 kg with 172 cm height. My physical appearance is like 18 years boy. I had tried all diet and regular exercises but found very little change in muscle mass so far also my whole family history is healthy and normal test of mine is also good. I always feels myself sleepy in brain please suggest which type of doctor should I consult?

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
