Dr. My age is 50, and my weight is 63 kg. I have a high bp problem from last 10 years and taking medicine telma-h and nebivolol 5 mg. But from october 2023 my bp is fluctuate after every 10 or 12 days. Dr. Suggest me atenolol 10 mg in the morning, and telma 40 in the evening. That time my bp was normal, but after 15 day there was swelling in feet. Then Dr. Asked this swelling comes due to amlodipine then stop amlodipine, after that I am taking telma h in morning and telma 40 in the evening and nebivolol 2.5 in afternoon. But now my bp is 140/ 85-90. I have no sugar, no thyroid. Please suggest what can I do for lower my bp. I will be very thankful.
