I have fungal infection both thigh. It itchiness a lot specially in night. And always an urge of itching. Also area becomes black dark and swelling boils when itched. I have started itraconazole 200 mg once a day two days before and miconazole cream two times. Should I need more. And minimum how long to continue. Because it is more than 3 months. Sometimes 2-3 days passed without any itching skin looks normal and sometimes itchy scratchy and swelling occur.

Dear lybrate-user, you should take anti fungal treatment after a proper consultation from a dermatologist. Treatment may continue for 3-4 months.
