Preferably these are superstitions of the dietetics world. People who want more followers spread these myths. It isn't easy to guide you as you have not mentioned your health condition and the solutions you seek. But one thing I can say is there are no shortcuts to good health. A balanced diet, adequate water, regular exercise, good and timely sleep, and stress management for good health. There is no other way.
