I am 43 years old woman. How much hours gap should be there between breakfast, lunch and dinner? After how much time I should drink the water and tea before and after breakfast and lunch?

Hi, Ideally small frequent eating pattern of 2.5 hours should be there between meals. Major meals should have 4-6 hours gap. A small cup of water can be had with lunch and dinner. Too much water will hamper the digestion and absorption. A cup of Tea can be had with breakfast.
