Hi, I am 21 years old. I am facing tiredness, weakness and not able to concentrate properly. Yesterday got my full body checkup and the results are vitamin-d ->12.53 ng/ml and vitamin b12 -> 178 pg/ml, iron -> 78.4 ug/dl and some traces (15-30 mg/dl) of urinary protein. Rest all reports are normal. What do you prescribe sir/mam?

Based on your symptoms and the reported laboratory results, it appears that you have deficiencies in vitamin d and vitamin b12. I recommend initiating appropriate supplementation for both vitamins under the guidance of a healthcare professional. Vitamin d supplementation, in particular, may need a higher dose initially to correct the deficiency. Alongside this, incorporating vitamin-rich foods into your diet is crucial. Regarding the urinary protein traces, further evaluation is needed to understand the underlying cause. I advise a comprehensive assessment by a healthcare provider to investigate potential kidney or urinary issues. They may recommend additional tests and examinations to determine the appropriate course of action.
