Before 2 days my bp was 170/90 in the day time and same day in the evening it was 164/80 and today morning it was 154/110. Before one day I taken one tablet as per doctor advice benidipine 4 mg and yesterday I have left to have benidipine. Actually I do not want to have bp medicine and in lieu of this I will start my earlier daily yoga, skipping rope and cycling and I have left it last from six month but kept continue skipping rope per day 250 times continue.
