48 year old female suffering from pain in some joints, specially hand and feet followed by swelling. After some times/months swelling and pain subsided leaving a dark mark on the affected area. She was advised for cholecalciferol 60t and calcium tablet which she took for 3 months, and some tests too. Now,after doing the tests, the ra factor is 60. 01iu/ml, anti ccp 15. 41u/ml. What should she do now?
