I am 20 years male of about height 5'3 and 54 kgs weight. I look very lean and thin. I can't manage normal weights too. I need a diet plan to gain weight (not much fat )and kindly request some exercise to decrease fat. I think it will be better for me if I can reach 58 to 60 kgs. I.e, muscles should be better without much increase in fat. Could you suggest me some best diet plan and exercise plan for my better results. Thank you.
