I am having 2 rashes on my back on my neck since 3 months, they started in summers and are not going away. They are slightly lifted and itches and are warm. No puss is there. Before also they have happened but used to go away. Not this time. I have applied hydrocortisone 1% for 10 days. Not much help and they are still present.
