Dear lybrate-user you are right. Red wine is very good option but to limit like one peg only drink ver slowly. In red wine resveratrol (present in skin of red grapes) is present. Benefits of red wine are: 1. Prevent fat cells from maturing so prevent obesityso help in cvd diabetes and hypertension control.
