Gall bladder: is adequately distended. Mobile calculus measuring ~ 0.5 x 0.3 cm seen within the lumen. An immobile non - shadowing, isoechoic focus measuring ~ 0.2-0.3 cm seen along bladder wall - polyp. Wall thickness is normal. The cbd is not dilated.
