I have plantar fasciitis in one leg, now developing the same symptoms with the other leg, but I have not taken treatment so far, I have been to the doctor once and they gave 2 medicines I took it one day n I felt too much dizzy in the next day, n I am breast feeding mom, I went to doctor again n discussed regarding it, so doctor cancelled those medicines n just gave ibuprofen medicine. But i'm having more pain day by day. What should I do now.

Hi Lybrate user, planter fascitis is the inflammation of a thick band of tissue that connects the heel bone to the toes. The inflamed tissue runs across the bottom of the foot. Symptoms include stabbing pain near the heel. Pain might be worse in the morning and with prolonged standing, running or jumping.
