Dear lybrateuser, -heart patient should precaution in diet, exercise & proper medicine intake -in diet have more of fruits & green leafy vegetables, whole grains like whole wheat bread/chapatti, brown rice, corn, barley, sprouts, soya products, low fat milk products, yogurt, paneer, butter milk, non-veg, fish, chicken, cooking oils-olive, canola, nuts- almonds, walnuts, pistachios, peanuts, flax seeds, sesame seeds -avoid fried, processed, junk food, tea, coffee (restrict to 2-3 cups/day) -do regular aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, can play outdoor games for at least 30 min on most days of the week, also do moderate weight lifting two days of the week -do yoga, meditation for 10-15 min a day -distress by listening to music, reading, following a hobby, socializing with friends -do regular checkup for bp, cholesterol, sugar & other relevant investigations at least once a year -have medicines on time regularly -yes stomach tb is possible. -a.
