Medicine for cough depends upon cause. In most cases even saline gargles will do, if due to upper airway irritation. Heat stroke is a emergency , can have very high temperature, dehydration, dry skin and may lose consciousness. Aids symtoms are weakness, weight loss, abdominal pain, loose motion, cough.or due to any oppurtunist infection.
