Does drinking tea, coffee induces heat in body thus causes Acne. As I'm already having lot of pimples on my chest, back, shoulders and on my face. Applied dozens of creams taken almost all certain treatment (Allopathy, Ayurvedic, homeopathic) to cure acne nothing worked for me. So is that the diet that causes acne or may worsen the case? Like someone told me quit drinking tea, be vegetarian don't eat non veg dishes, don't take dairy products. Please suggest me a good diet and remedy that will help to cure my Acne.
