Hello depression is a state of self defeat. It gradually bring down one's health such as low physical energy, self defeating thoughts, can't concentrate, loss of interest in daily activities. I would suggest please seek help and share your feelings with someone, whom you feel close and can trust. It's self defeating thoughts which hv to dealt upon. You have positive self within which can be manifested with someone's help. All d best!
