Lost somebody close last year and since then feel very depressed and prefer keeping to myself all the time. Please help .

Hi, I can understand your feelings. This is post traumatic stress. Generally it fades away with time. But if you r still feeling it then please see a professional counsellor or a psychiatrist asap. And immerse yourself in to some positive activities like sports, music. Also share your feelings with some friends. Go for a brisk walk daily for at least half an hour.
