I am suffering with HEAT HIVES since 6 months, When ever my body gets heated through sun light or through physical exercises or anxiety. I feel itching and burning sensation with red spots on skin it disappears after my dody gets cooled. Can I use Homeopathy medicine APIS MELLIFCA 30X pills , if so how many pills should I take daily? Before meals or after meals?

Dear Mr. Lybrate-user, symptoms which you are telling is also known as urticaria, only homoeopathy can cure it completely, you can take apis mellifica but for this there is rhus tox and urtica urens are also good medicines for this problem, you can take three of them once daily.
