My 2 years child having pimples all her body. Like scabies. But sacblab are not treating. I have also tried clob and mometasone ointment but no use. Pls guide.

Bath with decoction of neem leaves. Take 100 leaves of neem and boil it with 2-3 litter water after complete boil for 5-10 minute filter it and add with a bucket of water, use this water for bath, do not use any soap, after bathing must dry the skin, at bed time you can apply chalmogra oil whole body but carefully. Use this and give your feedback.
