Hello- It can not be possible to get right or wrong penetration during sex. There is only one opening or hole which connect internally to uterus. Bleeding during sex might be due to forceful insertion or insertion of penis in a virgin vagina. It has nothing to do with pregnancy. Your partner can still be pregnant. Take some rest as the vaginal injury may need some time to heal and use artificial lubrication for sex from next time.

It may be possible that the bleeding she got was actually the period which came early. If protection was not adequate but it happened within 5 days of expected period, then also risk of pregnancy is much lesser. Whichever it may be, you have to wait for 7 days after missed period before the pregnancy test is of any value.
