Hi lybrate-user, you are very to young to have anxiety problem, you should actually overcome this problem, good that you came forward to seek help. You are capable to achieve many things in life, why getting so worried and frustrated so soon at 18 years, you are youth still, more energetic, and strong then why you make yourself weak. You are a talented person, why are you feeling like this. First to remove your anger, I suggest you cry for 15 min, scream 15 min, shout 15 min, laugh 15 min, bring out anger, anxiety, hopelessness by performing these acts every day morning at least for 2 to 3 days enough. Second step, you have got to relax yourself by relaxation therapy suggested by an psychologist or to attend yoga classes that is to remove anxiety, anger and to remove nervousness within you. You should attend personality development classes, to bring in self confidence and to be bold enough. If in case you are not able to afford these, try to practise playing guitar in front of mirror or in your room, let there be vibration in your hands, lips, you should play and then overcome your nervousness and gradually you will be finding difference, and then slowly play notes or guitar where you should. But all these should be followed very gradually. First you should relax, sleep well, eat and then follow all these steps daily and then you can play in public guitar or play notes. Get back to me after following these steps, hope you could make the difference and feel better. Best wishes.
