if you have any other thinking better to write on the book. after relax time please remove that one. or otherwise it is better to share with others. if you have good friends defenetely they will help to you.choose write on the book or tell friends which one is best to you. or if any other thinking comes in to your mind. in that time dont stand on the particular thing. better to divert the mind towards other aspects. like cooking, cleaning home, washing clothes.phone talking, move one place to other place, bathing it gives fresh mood, eating food, grooming, house keeping like that. do not sit one place and do not repeat the same thing. divert or change the time to time. better to make this type of attitude. it will become your permanent attitude. you feelings are also normal. you will become happy mood life. in future no need of any psychological medicine, no need of any one help also. you will become the master of your own mind. ok all the best.
