Hi doctors I am suffering from heart burn and belching problem from last 3 months even endoscopy and sonography everything done no problem found but doctor suggested to take Iladac L for 1 month whenever I take I will be out of gastric otherwise same problem repeats please help me please.

Triggers of heart burn are- @Hiatal hernia @Certain medications @Heavy meals @Alcohol @Chocolate @Spicy or fatty food @Carbonated drinks @Peppermint @Smoking @Ascites @Exercise just after meal @Stress @Obesity @Lying just after meal you need to identify your trigger. you can start with homeopathic medicines after proving detail history.
