I am 33 years old female I have completed 6 years of my marriage I have not any baby. I have operated my uterine fibroid n ovarian cyst again I hv a 5 inch fibroid my hight is 5 feet weight 64 kg. Please advice what should i do?

Hello, to become pregnant, a woman need to have patent (open) fallopian tubes and also needs to ovulate once every month. The husband's semen analysis also needs to be normal. In your case, I hope you have the tubes checked for patency. A fibroid can sometimes press on a tube or distort it affecting the chances of getting pregnant. Ultrasounds will help identify ovulation. Your husbands semen also needs to be examined. A 5 inch fibroid is quite large and may need to be removed.
