Sir my mother have thyroid T3 - 93.86 , T4 - 7.50 , Tsh- 10.96, what hv to do . What hav to eat or not to be eat. Or any other suggestion.

She needs to start thyroid replacement in the form of oral tablets. If she is already taking them, then her dose has to be up titrated to keep her tsh between 1& 2. Make sure that her bowels are regular & clean. Eat healthy nutritious & simple food. Avoid iodised salt, you can use plain non iodised salt instead.
