Hello lybrate-user. Definitely there is treatment of cervical spondylosis except medicines and surgery. Physiotherapy will help you. Treatment depends upon your symptoms like is there any radiating pain in your arm, hands or fingers or do you feel any numbness, morning sickness, headache, muscle weakness etc. So just elaborate your symptoms and problems.
