I am having d vitamin deficiency. I feel nervous, tired, blank. Lot of digestive problems. Is it because of vitamin D Is taking vitamin supplements safer.

As per as new guideline upto 70 years our body needs 600 IU dosage of vitamin D its deficiency causes osteoporosis(bone becomes weak and chances are there to be broken).many studies has proven that our body absorbs more amount of vitamins and minerals in its natural form rather than in the form of supplements.fish,dairy products,egg yolk,cheese ,orange juice are some of the rich sources of vitamin d .include more amount of fruits and salad in your diet.
