For 17 year students like us life is very hectic n monotonous and we are out of the house the whole day class n college So to keep ourselves healthy and remember things better what should we do?

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. The curriculum and syllabus pattern and teaching and learning patterns are such stressful. But you should not be carried away by the stress. To keep yourself stressfree, you should be strict regarding planning and preparation of study and assignments, entertainment and physical activity and games. You have to make a time table which includes all the above. Diet which includes nuts, fruits and vegetables also helps. Take care.
