Yes its absolutely possible to be cured of all these situations but only these medicines can help to treat you temporarily in treatment. You have a long-time history of anxiety and that was suppressed temporarily when you were a child of 9 years and even after that.....There are definite insecurities which needed to be solved, suppression with medicines is a temporary solution but necessary at present. If you are looking for cure and if you want it then you need to connect a Psychotherapist to completely open your heart out and share all your feelings and apprehensions for guidance, support and Psychotherapy as per need. Move on, if you think you cant handle this on your own then Connect me either online or in person.

Dear Poulomee, It looks your anxiety, OCD and premenstrual aggravation, times of completely perfect are symptoms of Recurrent Major Depressive Disorder. In that case, you may need a mood stabiliser in addition to Fludac. If you maintain a mood chart and note your early morning mood daily in that, it will be useful to diagnose in the long run. Right now, please do not stop Fludac, Prothiaden and Zapiz. Add talk therapy to it. Talk therapy goes for weeks preferably with the same therapist. Get your hormone levels checked up.If there is an imbalance, correct them with appropriate medicines.
