I used to get tensed for everything. And upon self evaluation I found that am being effected with obsessive Compulsive disorder Now am able to control OCD to a limit. But suggest me a way to get rid of this state and also an escape from tension and worries. Thanks in advance.

Hello. You may not fully get rid of it but you can surely exercise control in a way it does not affect your working anymore. Consult a psychiatrist and also do mind relaxation like yoga, meditation.
