I am suffering from neck pain (stuff neck and nerve pressing on right side of neck) from last 3 years recently I visited doctor who is neuro and ortho they gave me some medicine for nerves pain and joint and muscle pain, also they asked to get MRI scan of cervo spine and when I get back to same doctor with the mri reports he told me there is no problem (MRI repost says dessication in all cervical discs) and asked me to continue same medicines and methyl cobal injection weekly once and asked to consult physiotherapy which I have to consult yet. Can you sugest me anything for my problem.
