I having sleeping problem I do not get enough sleep when ever I am sleeping I got very bad dreams. Dead peoples appear in my dream and I can not even sleep before 3-4 am I try my best that now I sleep even if I am tired also than also mujhe nind jldi nahi aati and aati bhi hai toh tut jati.

Please start meditation and do deep breathing excersise just before sleep. Hv lukewarm milk before sleep. Maintain schedule for your sleep. Avoid watching TV or using cell phone 1 hour before your sleep time. Read books or listen soft music before sleeping. It will sooth your mind. For further assistance please book appointment online.
