Iv black, brown small spots all over my face since 1 month due to after acne spots .iv been seeing an dermatologist and that man jst gave me isotirin and azimax oral treatments which are not treating my brown spots at all and also new pimples arise and leave one more black spot behind please suggest me an treatment asap.
