lybrate-user, If you are planning to have a baby, then it absolutely essential to have TSH at the present level (1.94 mU/L). Recommended level before pregnancy is between 1 to 2 mU/L. So now the level is right. At higher levels pregnancy is unlikely to occur. Plus during the pregnancy also levels have to be maintained around 2 mU/L, for proper development of fetus and expected outcome of the pregnancy. So you need to continue the same dosage for now. Later once pregnancy occurs there may be an increased dose needed. Which can be decided by testing the TSH levels later.

Kindly continue the same dose of levothyroxine. DONOT REDUCE THE DOSE. The requirement of medication would increase during pregnancy. Hence repeat the test when pregnancy is detected. Keep taking the medicine during the pregnancy especially during first 13 weeks when fetuses thyroid is yet to begin functioning and its need for levothyroxine are met through the mother. Regards.
