Res. Doc. I am 54 yrs. Old. I got blood tested for my TSH which is 11.70. I also tested Hemogram. My hb is 14 all other tests are normal except my platelets are 98.00. I ask my physician and he told me that nothing to worry. Take some healthy diet. I have no fever no any infection. I checked in a routine way. My health is good. I feeling good. No sickness. No tiredness. Pl. Advise me.

Mr. lybrate-user, If hemogram is normal, then it is quite good. Platelets 98000/cc, is fine. That does not show any problem. But TSH value is definitely high. It has to be below 4.5 mU/L. It is showing there is hypothyroidism, it needs to be treated. Otherwise, it can cause multiple problems due to thyroxine hormone deficiency. Thanks.
