Hello there, according to the symptoms you have described, you have to undergo a thorough clinical examination by a physiotherapist. They will perform some manual tests on you after which a diagnosis can be confirmed. Looking at your symptoms, it seems like a sore trapezius (muscle in neck and upper back). This could be due to postural problems or excessive loading. Or there could be a spinal problem, but this seems unlikely looking at your age unless there is any injury to neck. Kindly see a physiotherapist as soon as possible. Simple stretching exercises prescribed by a physio and some pain relieving modalities will surely help, best luck. Feel free to ask anything if still in doubt.
