Tablets alone won't help. May be there is tooth decay. They need to be filled with composite fillings or maybe extracted.

Tablets is just for the symptom relief and not the treatment for your cause. When pain is there, genarally treatment is not done as patient will not be co operative and anaesthesia may not also work.
