Hi Doctor, I see black stains on my teeth mostly on front side of lower jaw teeth. I see these black stains circumference near to skin on teeth. How can these black stains or marks be removed? Can you please advise me?

These stains are due to improper brushing. These will come out with good scaling and polishing. Visit a dentist for oral hygiene care every 6 months. Use a soft brush and try to brush up and down and in circular motion.

Nothing to worry on this aspect these stains can b due to a discolouration with coloured foods like tea coffee chocolates colas etc. B due to deposits by chromogenic bacteria present in all mouths. C due to improper cleaning or brushing in all these events a simple scaling polishing by a dentist can solve the problem after that ask your dentist the correct way of brushing he will b glad to give you a demo n than brush twice daily especially at night avoid coloured foods n b happy.
