I am facing a vision problem from last 4-5 days. A spot in my vision is twisted. It is just left above to the center on my vision of my right eye. I also have pain in the eye. I am also suffering from BP and my diastolic blood pressure is at 100 consistently for last around 8-9 months. I am 37 year aged male and I am working in a bank. I have to work a lot on laptop around 8 hours a day. I have started taking cilacar TC 6.25 since last 3 days.

Headaches b blurred vision c. Neck pain d redness in the eyes e. Eye strain f dry eyes sometimes watery eyes these symptoms can be further aggravated by improper lighting conditions. Measures to reduce this include 1. Work under proper light. 2. Blink a lot. 3. Cold compresses 4.
